At visit and retrieval of our website, through the internet-browser used by you, the information will be automatically sent to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a log-file. The following information is stored without your participation until automated deletion:

  • name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Internet site from which the access was made (so-called referrer)
  • The type and version of the Internet browser you are using and the operating system of the computer you are using, as well as the name of your access provider

It is necessary to provide this information so that we know who contacts us and what concerns we are receiving. In particular, the e-mail address is required so that we can answer the request. All other details are optional. The legal basis for data processing for the purpose of establishing contact is Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a) GDPR. We point out that the data collected for the use of the contact form are automatically deleted after completion of your request.

  • the disclosure of data is legally permissible and, according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) DSGVO is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.

5. Social media plugins a) Google Maps

6. The rights of affected individuals

As an individual affected through data processing, you are entitled to the following rights. You have the right,

  • acc.to Art. 15 DSGVO to request information about your personal data processed by us. Your right to information relates to the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the category of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, the right of rectification, erasure, restriction of data processing or opposition, the existence of a the right to appeal, the origin of your data, if not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling;
  • acc.to Art. 15 DSGVO to request information about your personal data processed by us. Your right to information relates to the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the category of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, the right of rectification, erasure, restriction of data processing or opposition, the existence of a the right to appeal, the origin of your data, if not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling;
  • acc.to Art. 17 DSGVO to require that your personal data stored with us be deleted, if our data processing for the purpose of exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for fulfilling a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defence of legal rights, is not desirable;
  • acc.to Art. 18 DSGVO to require that the processing of your personal data was restricted, if the accuracy of the data is disputed from your side, the data processing is unlawful, but you refuse their deletion and we no longer need the data, but you still need them for the purpose of exercising or defending the legal claims, or acc.to Art. 21 GDPR you have filed an objection against the processing
  • acc. Art. 20 DSGVO to require that your personal data, that you provided to us, are transferred to another person responsible in a structured, common and machine-readable format;
  • acc.to Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO to require, that your consent once given to us, is revoked at any time. However, this means that in future we must not continue the data processing based on this consent ;
  • acc. to Art. 77 DSGVO to complain to a supervisory authority. You can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or of our head office.
7. Right of objection

If we use your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) DSGVO process, you have the right, gem. Art. 21 DSGVO to lodge an objection to the processing of your personal data, as far as there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to objection/revocation, which can also be exercised without specifying a particular situation.
